      • Job Description:
                         
        Your Opportunity As an Account Representative will be joining a fast paced team working with prospective users presenting and selling the marketing and efficiency benefits of using GradeBeam.com within their organizations.

        Position Responsibilities:
        •  Minimum of 50 outbound sales calls per day 
        •  Attain monthly sales quota Ability to effectively communicate and apply GradeBeam¡¦s features and benefits 
        •  Grow client base: Utilizing warm sales leads provided by GradeBeam 
        •  Using needs based sales techniques qualify, identify and close new accounts 
        •  Maintain working knowledge of competition, industry tends and territory landscape. Desired Skills & Experience Essential Attitude
        Desired Skills & Experience:
         
        •  Bachelor of Business Administration, Science or Arts Degree 
        •  Strong initiative/self-motivated over achiever with a strong desire to succeed 
        •  Ambition and determination required  Construction or related industry knowledge preferred 
        •  Heavy phone sales experience 
        •  Ability to work individually and within a team environment 
        •  Excellent written and verbal sales communication skills 
        •  PC literacy is absolutely necessary

  • Customer Support Specialist
      • Job Description:
                         
        As a Customer Support Specialist, you will join our Support Team and provide superior customer service and support our users to ensure their understanding and satisfaction of GradeBeam..

        Position Responsibilities:
        • Effectively communicate with customers viaincoming telephone calls and email. 
        • Perform troubleshooting regarding website issues 
        •  Welcome new members and set-up client accounts
        •  Schedule training sessions and follow-up with non-attendees
        •  Make outbound calls to update sub-contractor information to maintain high integrity of data

        Desired Skills & Experience:

         
        • Ambition and desire to provide exceptional customer service 
        • Strong initiative/self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
        • Ability to work individually and within a team environment
        • Strong attention to detail
        • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
        • Minimum 4-5 years customer support in a technical capacity preferred.
        • Must have the ability to multi-task in this fast-paced, high energy environment
        • PC literacy is absolutely necessary
